Need ideas to step up your literacy instruction? Want to attend a conference, but have limited funds? Is your time for travel short? We have an easy solution. Join us for our Celebrate Literacy Learning Fall Mini-Conference at Central Virginia Community College-Merritt Hall on Saturday morning, October 21st. The conference is inexpensive and earns all attendees five recertification points. We will have GREAT DOOR PRIZES to give away too. Here's a sneak peek at the topics we will be sharing:

This year, we will have a small fee which will go toward covering our expenses (breakfast provided) and improving our door prizes. It will be $15.00 for members and $30 for nonmembers payable with registration. (It will be nonrefundable after October 15, so please keep this in mind.) You may submit your payment to PARC via Paypal using the address, vsrapiedmont@gmail.com,  or by check payable to Piedmont Area Reading Council and send it to:

To register, simply click the button below which will take you to the Google registration form. A registration confirmation email will be sent within two days of your registration, and a "final notes" email will come Wednesday, October 18th with any last minute reminders.
